How do I submit a resume?
You can submit your resume online by clicking on the Submit Resume link to the left. If you don't have a resume in digital format, you can fax it to us at (734) 480- 0911. Please be sure to identify the location you are applying for on your cover sheet.

We prefer to receive resumes in .DOC (Microsoft Word), .PDF or .TXT formats if possible. We may not be able to viewresumes saved on other formats.

I don't have a resume. Is that a problem?
Providing a personalized resume will enable you to highlight more specifics about your experience and talents. If you don't have a resume, you may provide us with a summary of your experience in the Comments box on the "Submit Resume" page.

What is the typical interview process like?
If your qualifications are a match for a current opening, you will be contacted by a representative from our headquarters to schedule an interview. Depending on the position, the interview process may include more than one round of interviews. At the conclusion of the interview process, you will be notified of a decision as soon as possible. A comprehensive background check and drug test is required of all candidates that are offered employment with ACI.

How often is the ACI job database updated?
The database of current job openings is continually updated as positions become available and as they are filled.

If I submit my resume for a specific position, will I be considered for other positions?
Yes, your resume will be included in our resume database and you will be contacted if your qualifications match a job opening.

How long will my resume be in the ACI database?
Your resume will be kept in our resume database for one year.

How often may I submit my resume?
You can update your resume on a daily basis if you have had a change in your employment status. You can also attach your resume to other open positions. However, you only need to submit your resume once within a year timeframe.

Does ACI have the resume I submitted?
You will receive an e-mail verifying that you have successfully submitted your resume.

Does ACI have a policy on hiring relatives of current associates?
We encourage our employees to refer qualified friends and family members to apply for open positions.
