Interfaces with Installation Manager on a defined basis (typically daily) to plan out production and address various operating issues. This includes Perform routing functions on daily basis. To provide the subscriber with the best customer service, and to promote a good relationship between the subscriber and the cable company. Involved in the recruiting and selection process for new hires. Manages any pre-hire responsibilities such as application, MVR, documentation verifying US work status and DOT requirements (if applicable). Inspects the company vehicle/ equipment assigned to Installation Technicians for cleanliness and organization. To insure quality and safety from each Installation Technician, may set a predetermined percentage of installation inspections. Directs efforts of Designated Trainer with respect to the training of assigned Installation Technicians. Prepares formal semi-annual and annual performance reviews for assigned Installation Technicians. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
